Solid-liquid separation dehydration treatment equipment
The sludge dewatering equipment produced by our company is imported
from foreign countries and has the advantages of small size, wide
application, low operation cost, convenient maintenance and
management, water saving, electricity saving, time saving and labor
saving.
It is mainly applicable to sludge from municipal sewage, food,
beverage, chemical industry, leather, welding materials, paper
making, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, petroleum, coal and
other industries. The sludge concentration can be adjusted high and
low (2000-50000mg). There is no need to build a thickener or
storage tank to reduce the construction cost and reduce the release
of phosphorus and the generation of anaerobic odor.
Dehydration Principle
After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the concentration
section, it is transported to the dehydration section. During the
process of progress, with the gradual reduction of the filter gap
and pitch, and the blocking effect of the pressure plate, the
sludge is in love, resulting in great internal pressure, and the
volume is continuously reduced to achieve the purpose of full
dehydration.
Product Features
1. Compact design
The dehydrator contains an electric control cabinet, a metering
tank, a flocculation mixing tank and the main body of the
dehydrator. It is designed in an integrated way, with small floor
space and easy maintenance and replacement;
2. Not easily blocked
With self-cleaning function, it does not need to be cleaned to
prevent clogging of filter joints, reduce the water consumption for
flushing, reduce the burden of internal circulation, and is good at
dehydration of oily sludge;
3. Simple operation
The screw stacker, sludge pump and dosing device are connected to
realize 24-hour continuous unmanned operation, with short daily
maintenance time and simple maintenance.

Durable. The body technology is made of stainless steel, which can
maximize the service life. The replacement parts are only spiral
shaft and traveling ring, with long service life.
