Application
Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment without flexible
traction components, mainly used to convey powder or granular
materials.
The screw conveyor has simple structure, small cross-sectional
size, low manufacturing cost, good sealing, safe and convenient
operation, and easy to change the feeding and unloading positions.
The disadvantage is that the materials are easily crushed during
the conveying process, the parts of the conveyor are worn quickly,
the power consumption is large, the conveying length is smaller
(<40m), the conveying capacity is lower, and the inclination
angle is less than 20° during inclined conveying.

Main Features
1. The drive device adopts a shaft-mounted parallel shaft helical
gear reducer, which has a compact structure and a stable and safe
operation.
2. The conveying direction is determined by the spiral direction of
the spiral blade and the rotation direction of the motor, and it
can realize bidirectional conveying.
3. The U-shaped groove is equipped with inner lining, which has
strong wear resistance, long service life and easy replacement.
4. The conveyor frame is fixed by expansion bolts, no embedded
parts are needed.
5. The equipment can be linked to the supporting equipment for
convenient control, and it can also be equipped with an on-site
control box by itself.
Structure and Working Principle
The equipment adopts a screw type. When the material enters the
hopper of the conveyor, the material is pushed and slid by the
rotation of the spiral blade, and sent to the discharge port along
the U-shaped conveying groove, and is matched with the press or
garbage trolley to carry the material for next processing.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
