Structure and Working Principle
The NL type chain plate mud scraper and slag scraper are mainly
composed of driving device, driving wheel group, guide rail and
trailer, scraper group, driven wheel group, chain tensioning
mechanism, slag collecting pipe and other components.
When the NL chain-plate type mud scraper is running, the chain
drives the scraper to make a continuous rotation in the pool,
scraping the sludge at the bottom of the pool into the sludge
collecting tank, and can scrape the floating oil or scum on the
surface of the pool.

Main Features
1. If the scraper is jammed by foreign matter or too much mud, the
over-torque protection mechanism in the automatic control system
will cut off the power and automatically shut down and alarm.
2. The equipment runs smoothly, which can avoid disturbance to
sediments.
3. The mud scraping and slag scraping devices are integrated, so
that the whole machine has a simple structure and takes up less
space.
4. The driving device is fixed on the poolside platform, which is
convenient for installation and maintenance.
Packing and Delivery
1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by
20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and
Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other
Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will
use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or
other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a
professional shipping department, they will try their best to save
your container quantity.
